Aenea Luxurious Residences are located in the seaside settlement of Michaniona in the municipality of Thermaikos, where the ancient Greek city of Aeneia was located .
We are a family business that loves and knows every corner of the area.
The estate is located approximately 15 km from „Macedonia“ airport (SKG ) and 30 km from the center of Thessaloniki.
From the first moment you arrive at the private estate , you will find that it is located in a green environment both inside the compound and in the surrounding green area ,and at a very short distance from the beach front of Michaniona, overlooking the thermal gulf and the unique Mount Olympus.
In a maximum radius of 350m from the estate, you will find the Michanionas Health Center, a Pharmacy, a large „Masoutis“ supermarket and a number of different shops (restaurants, cafes, bars).
The estate consists of 6 self-contained and fully equipped apartments, 2 on the ground floor with a capacity of 4-5 beds and four on the first floor with a capacity of 2-4 beds, with access to a private parking space, the common areas and the auxiliary-storage rooms in the basement.
