- The use of electricity for purposes other than the operation of the apartment itself (installed lighting systems, electrical appliances, cooling – heating) is prohibited.
- The placement of any kind of objects or luggage in the common areas of the accommodation is prohibited.
- The moving of the apartment’s furniture or the addition of other furniture, drilling holes in the walls, as well as hanging posters, paintings, or any other objects on the walls in any way is prohibited.
- The keeping of any kind of pets within the accommodation is prohibited.
- Any kind of gatherings and music at a volume that causes noise or disturbance to other guests or neighboring property owners is prohibited.
- The guest must use the apartment and its appliances responsibly.
